SOTHEBY'S BATCH COURIER RFQ

Upload the client’s monthly RFQ spreadsheet. Lines are grouped by Quote # (all lots in a quote ship together). A quote is priced as courier when any of its lines has Shipping Condition = “courier”; those quotes are priced end-to-end: lots → packing calculator → crate dims → FedEx freight + crating + insurance. The filled spreadsheet is returned for download. Quotes marked Air Freight/Road/Shuttle, and unmapped destinations, are flagged and left for manual pricing.

Buy rates by chargeable-weight tier, used by the airfreight Instant Agent Price toggle. Edit a tier’s rate or its weight ceiling; Hong Kong also has a per-shipment unpacking rate.

Collection rates for the client selected in the tab at the top of this page. Each client now has its own independently-editable table.
