Our IT systems are linked directly to H.M. Customs & Excise, which enables Regency to track and trace your shipments easily and quickly.

INTERNATIONAL CARGO IMPORTS

Regency's computerised Import systems are linked with all international airlines. We are also one of the few companies to be linked directly with H.M Customs and Excise central processing unit, and this enables us to offer fast and efficient customs clearances across the whole of the United Kingdom. Regency is able to track shipments through our Internet links with the airlines and can pinpoint all your shipments through either our overnight tracking systems or directly with our own drivers. 

We pride ourselves on our computerised information system, which enables us to retrieve customs entries and stock reports quickly and efficiently. Our Import and Export departments are fully conversant with all types of customs entries from Home Use, Temporary Imports, IPR Shipments, OPR Returns, Carnet, Antiques, Works of Art, Warehouse to Warehouse entries, over sized containers & palletised loads.
